I suppose if you one of those new age human rights flag waving people the the answer is yes it is unfair. But seriously i do not think anyone would condone theft.

Of course I don't mean it seriously!
No! . . . . it's really about traffic cameras.
I really find it quite extraordinary that motorists caught speeding think the police are cheating somehow by using speed cameras . . . when they wouldn't dream of saying shop-keepers are cheating when they catch shoplifters on C.C.T.V.
